## About the Role

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry professional with strong payer-side healthcare integration experience to support enterprise Epic environments, payer workflows, reporting solutions, and healthcare interfaces., * Bachelor's Degree required

 * Epic Tapestry Eligibility & Enrollment Administration certification strongly preferred
 * Epic Tapestry Premium Billing or payer-side certifications highly preferred
 * 3+ years of recent healthcare experience required
 * Strong Epic Tapestry payer-side experience required
 * Experience with healthcare integrations, HL7, X12, EDI, or interface support preferred
 * SQL, reporting, Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, or Epic BI experience preferred
 * Experience supporting payer operations, Medicare, or managed care environments preferred
 * Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship on a W-2 basis

## Description

* Support and maintain Epic Tapestry payer-side workflows and configurations
 * Work with Enrollment & Eligibility, Utilization Management, Provider Management, and Appeals & Grievances workflows
 * Support healthcare integrations, interfaces, and operational data exchanges
 * Develop and maintain reporting solutions using SQL and Epic reporting tools
 * Troubleshoot interface, workflow, and operational issues across integrated healthcare systems
 * Collaborate with IT, analytics, operations, and Epic application teams on enhancements and implementations
 * Support testing, upgrades, production support, and workflow optimization initiatives
