Language: * English as a primary language (Preferred) ## Description As the Manager of IT, you're the captain of our IT ship. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll lead a team of 3 technicians and own the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable IT services across our managed IT client base of approximately 75 small businesses. Our clients are mostly 5 to 15 endpoints, with our largest at 28. If you love keeping things running smoothly, solving complex tech problems, and building something that's actually yours, this one's for you. You'll set technical direction for a growing department, manage SLAs and incident response, and shape what IT looks like at SI for years to come. Core hours are 9 AM to 5 PM EST with flexibility. There is an on-call component for after-hours client needs, though it's manageable and not constant.
