* 0-3 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a related technical field
 * Hands-on experience supporting both Linux and Windows-based systems
 * Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using tools such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
 * Foundational understanding of networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting
 * Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
 * Experience querying and working with relational databases
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 * Comfortable working in an onsite, team-oriented environment

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Exposure to financial technology, trading platforms, or other performance-driven systems
 * Knowledge of source control tools and automated deployment practices
 * Experience using infrastructure monitoring and system health tools
 * Familiarity with physical server environments, hosting facilities, or data centers
 * Understanding of structured data formats such as JSON, XML, or similar technologies
 * Experience reviewing logs, network diagnostics, or system performance data
 * Interest in distributed systems, networking, and infrastructure architecture
