 * Von A bis Z: Fachliche Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte oder wesentliche Projektteile inkl. Projektergebnisse, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit sowie vertrauensvolle Rolle als Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Projektteam
 * IT-Projektmanagement: Fachliche Führung von Projektteams sowie Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister von anspruchsvollen IT-Projekten
 * IT-Beratung: Beratung des Kunden bei komplexen fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen, Moderation von Fach-, Entscheidungs- und Lösungsworkshops und Bewertung von Handlungsoptionen und Ableitung von Empfehlungen
 * Organisationstalent: Koordination größerer Projektteams und externer Partner und Strukturierung komplexer Sachverhalte für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
 * Methodik: Souveräne Anwendung klassischer, agiler oder hybrider Projektansätze
 * Weiterentwicklung: Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards und Vorgehensmodellen sowie Coaching von Junior-Consultants und Consultants
