## About the Role

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

 * A minimum of 3 years' diverse insurance background sufficient enough to provide insight into the areas of rating, service, underwriting, claims, marketing and statistical reporting.
 * Commercial Auto insurance experience is a plus.
 * Highly proficient computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel and Word.
 * Ability to multi-task and set/achieve deadlines efficiently.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

* The IT systems Analyst works with all levels of information technology and business users to analyze, design, document, train, implement and/or support business application and systems.
 * Functions as a project coordinator for small to medium sized projects.
 * Participates in testing efforts for projects by developing or coordinating detailed test plans, test case scenarios and defect logs for all assigned projects.
 * Provides system training to users as needed. Provides consulting guidance and evaluation of business requirements, functional specifications, test plans and resolution of user problems for any product as needed.
