 * Benutzerverwaltung sowie Einrichtung von Hard- und Software
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs an mehreren Standorten
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen (First- und Second-Level-Support)
 * Wartung, Pflege und Dokumentation der IT-Systeme
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
 * Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzvorgaben
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der medialen Außenwirkung der Einrichtung, inbesondere durch eine einheitliche, zielgruppengerechte Darstellung in digitalen und klassischen Medien.
