 * Analysiere und bewerte die IT-Organisation (u.a. IT-Infrastruktur, Operations, IT-Service-Management), um Stärken und Schwächen sichtbar zu machen
 * Optimiere die Prozesse und definiere klare Verantwortlichkeiten, für eine wirksame und effiziente Leistungserbringung des IT-Betriebs
 * Übernimm die fachliche Führung von Consultants und unterstütze bei deren Weiterentwicklung
