 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams Instandhaltungsplanung\n\t
 * Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit\n\t
 * Weiterentwicklung des Instandhaltungscontrollings sowie Analyse und Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen zur Optimierung von Kosten, Qualität und Effizienz\n\t
 * Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Anlagenperformance und Gesamtanlageneffektivität\n\t
 * Verantwortung für die Implementierung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Wartungsstrategien, Wartungsplänen und Instandhaltungsprozessen in SAP PM\n\t
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Planung, Begleitung und Überwachung von Fremdfirmeneinsätzen\n\t
