Experteer Overview In this role you will lead an enterprise-scale visitor experience technology program that enhances the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure. You will collaborate with executives, business leads, vendors, and technical teams to deliver software, hardware, and integration solutions that support digital transformation and operational excellence. You drive complex projects, manage budgets and risks, and champion adoption through change management. This is a highly visible opportunity to shape guest experiences and technology modernization at a large nonprofit.
