This is the single individual within the organization who is ultimately responsible for successful delivery of a given project., 1. *Establishes comprehensive project plans describing what the project team will actually be doing and when they expect to finish. 2. *Drives project plans to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and meets customer expectations. 3. *Identifies both internal and external risk areas as part of the project plan; performs risk management throughout the project lifecycle and creates contingency plans as appropriate. 4. *Identifies technical, physical and human resources required to complete the project. 5. *Interfaces with the Technology team to ensure the project team is following quality processes and methodologies. 6. *Works closely with the Product Manager to ensure that project requirements have been clearly and completed defined. 7.
