## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
 * Minimum five years of progressive IT engineering experience
 * At least moderate level familiarity and experience with PowerShell and Python
 * Familiarity with designing, building, and using API's
 * Experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers
 * Experience with both waterfall and agile development models
 * General understanding of networking and firewalls
 * Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Flow Designer
 * Experience managing objects in both on-premise Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), * Expertise around developing with ServiceNow (admin or development experience highly preferred)
 * Experience working in a data-center environment or organization
 * Experience working with secret/credential management (e.g. Cyberark)

 * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment
 * Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to technical & nontechnical audiences
 * Unique ability to understand the nuances of a problem and create a way forward that meets the higher level business objective

## Description

* Develop orchestrations, automations, and workflows in support of QTS' Identity & Access Management Program
 * Develop workflows that meet business, system, and security requirements
 * Document and train end users and management on the process
 * Develop automated workflows and service catalogs in ServiceNow
 * Integrate disparate platforms and systems & ensure successful interoperability; API development and integration
 * Partner with external vendors as needed to understand how to leverage their technology
 * Lead effort to document workflows and best practices
