 * Proven experience leading complex migration or transformation initiatives.
 * Strong background managing programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
 * Experience coordinating large environments involving hundreds or thousands of workflows, users, or sites.
 * Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience facilitating PI Planning, release planning, and program-level roadmap discussions.
 * Strong risk management, project governance, and program reporting experience.
 * Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in large organizations.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. - Experience in managing a SharePoint Migration
