Preferred Skills: * Experience in tech organizations within e-commerce, fashion, or adjacent industries * Experience in demand forecasting and pricing * Use of coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor) Education: * Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics or related field or equivalent job experience ## Description Nuuly is looking for a Lead Data Scientist who will lead data science work embedded in a new initiative at Nuuly: Inventory Science, aimed at optimizing the acquisition and utilization of inventory across the rental lifecycle. This new initiative will involve utilizing data science and machine learning best practices to achieve business objectives, including demand forecasting, pricing, and experimentation. This individual will play a critical role in leading and executing technical projects in the inventory space and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Role Responsibilities: * Manage machine learning and statistical models to address various business needs * Demonstrate strong expertise in designing and executing A/B tests, analyzing experiments, and troubleshooting ML model behavior.
