## Description

SAP Test Manager - SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation (with Tricentis Tosca Expertise) * Lead the end-to-end testing strategy and governance for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation across all project phases.

 * Define the test approach, test plan, entry/exit criteria, schedule, scope, and quality gates aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
 * Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end business process testing.
 * Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and cutover testing across business, functional, technical, and integration teams.
 * Manage test scenarios, test data, defect lifecycle, and reporting using SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Jira, or equivalent tools.
 * Ensure coverage of SAP integrations, interfaces, Fiori applications, custom developments, security roles, and data migration validation.
 * Track testing KPIs, defect trends, risks, and provide regular status reporting to project leadership and steering committees.
 * Mentor testing teams on SAP testing best practices, Tosca automation standards, and continuous testing processes.
 * Collaborate with functional leads, developers, Basis, security, and business users to resolve defects and ensure release readiness.
