In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation for existing clients as they add additional products to their Kinetic product suite. You'll be at the heart of our operations- owning implementations from kick-off through to customer sign-off, including the configuration of systems and training customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who thrives on collaboration and enjoys making an impact. You will work closely with our Head of Operations and the wider PS team to ensure every project is delivered on time, to scope, and to a standard our customers are proud of. As we scale, you will also contribute to process improvement and help embed consistent delivery practices across the team. This role is UK-based, with 1-2 days per week based out of our Ludlow office (dependent on customer travel), and travel to customer sites required. You will collaborate with colleagues in North America and support US-based projects with configuration work, within standard UK working hours.
