* Lead end-to-end MDM program delivery including requirement analysis design development testing deployment and support
 * Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define master data requirements and governance processes
 * Design and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and related technologies
 * Define data models match merge strategies survivorship rules hierarchy management and data stewardship workflows
 * Lead source system analysis data profiling and data quality assessments
 * Establish and enforce data governance standards policies and best practices
 * Collaborate with business architecture integration ETL and analytics teams
 * Manage MDM releases enhancements and production support activities
 * Drive performance tuning scalability improvements and issue resolution
 * Mentor development teams and conduct design code reviews
 * Prepare project estimates plans status reports and risk mitigation strategies
