This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience, work closely with senior leaders and make a lasting impact as we deliver our Business Simplification and SAP Upgrade Programme. You'll lead the people side of change, helping colleagues across the organisation embrace new ways of working and ensuring the benefits of the programme are successfully realised. In this role, you'll: * Lead the business change approach across the programme, ensuring change is successfully adopted and embedded. * Act as the key link between the Executive Leadership Team, the Business Change Manager community and the Programme Steering Committee, representing the wider business perspective. * Provide insight into business readiness, organisational impacts, stakeholder engagement, change risks and adoption progress to support informed decision-making. * Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, supporting and challenging them to drive successful adoption of simplified, standardised ways of working. * Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness activities. * Coordinate Business Change Managers and Subject Matter Experts to deliver a consistent, joined-up approach across the programme. * Oversee governance, planning, reporting, risks, budgets and resources relating to business change. * Develop measures to monitor adoption, compliance and benefits realisation, using insights to continuously improve outcomes.
