Strong background in test automation and automated testing frameworks.
Experience defining test strategies and improving testing practices.
Knowledge of different delivery methodologies and CI/CD environments.
Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to balance strategic leadership , people management with hands-on delivery.

Desirable Experience

Leading transformation from manual to automated testing.
Building testing communities or centres of excellence.
Experience with AI-assisted testing and quality engineering tools.
Understanding how testing evolves for software developed using AI or agentic coding approaches.
Experience on Risk-based testing where effort is focused on mitigating high-risk failure scenarios.
