This role serves as a technical authority for Workday and the broader HR technology architecture, integrations, extensibility, security, data management, and platform modernization. The Principal Architect partners with business leaders, product, engineering, security, and governance teams to deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and future-ready solutions that support Mastercard's global workforce. The successful candidate will combine deep Workday and broader HR technical expertise with enterprise architecture experience, bringing thought leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on architectural guidance across HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, and adjacent domains.
