Experience and knowledge of quality standards (e.g. AS9100 / AS9115) is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, and able to quickly learn the responsibilities of the position. The ideal team member will also demonstrate the capacity to assertively communicate their boundaries while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment., * Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science * 1+ year of experience working in a project where various software development methodologies are being utilized * 1+ year of experience in a Software Quality role * 1+ year of experience working independently to develop, modify and document actions to assure problem resolution and/or to implement corrective action and/or preventive action, * Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, * Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) auditing * Software Quality Engineering experience supporting software with AS9115, DO-178, and/or MIL-STD-882E requirements * Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) is highly preferred * Experience with configuration management and collaboration tools such as (or similar to) Git, Jira, Collaborator, Bitbucket and Beyond Compare * Software development experience in a collaborative team environment using agile principles and a structured development process including code reviews and automated DevOps processes/tools Travel: Position may require travel up to 10% of the time., Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required.
