## Description

OR Scheduler - Pre Admission Testing
Albany Memorial Campus
Full Time Days

As a member of the Patient Focused Care Team, the OR Scheduler provides clerical, communication, reception, scheduling, registration, supply management and other supportive services for Pre Admission Testing to ensure high quality services to patients, family members and other hospital staff.

The OR Scheduling/PAT Scheduling Secretary is responsible for:

 * Scheduling all OR scheduling requests and Pre Admission Testing appointments.
 * Maintaining patient's medical record according to established procedures.
 * Conducting in-person registration and phone registration as required.
 * Entering all case, appointment, and registration information collected into hospital information system (HIS) in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy.
