Job-Specific Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required; an additional four years of related work experience can substitute for a degree. * At least five (5) years of relevant experience required. * Location of work is remote in US. * Familiarity with all aspects of Opentext xPression and Exstream Dialogues, including installation, configuration, code development, customization, and implementation. * Experience in creating various types of templates, such as letters, statements, bills, year-end statements, tax forms, and email notifications. * Familiarity with requirements analysis, design specifications, development, and testing of Dialogue. * Proficiency in coding and/or application components and translating functional specifications into technical specifications. * In-depth knowledge of page components, such as text boxes, tables, logos, pictures, and headers. * Efficient troubleshooting and support for functional and product-related issues, including writing test plans and preparing test cases. * Experience with 508 compliance. * Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management. * Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail. * Demonstrated high commitment to quality. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. * Experience in planning and accomplishing goals and complicated tasks and providing consultation on complex projects as a top-level contributor or specialist. * Strong collaboration skills and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
