You will own the end-to-end technical delivery of medium-to-large features - from design and architecture through to production - while partnering closely with UX, product management, and backend teams to ensure we are building the right solutions, the right way. You will also help the team incorporate AI-assisted development into their day-to-day workflow - establishing sensible patterns for how we use these tools and ensuring the code we ship with their help meets the same bar as everything else. Your influence will extend beyond your immediate team as you contribute to shared component systems, shape our metadata-driven UI framework, and communicate architectural trade-offs and delivery decisions to cross-functional partners. Success in this role is defined by a team that ships high-quality features with confidence, grows technically under your mentorship, and builds software that earns customer trust. ## Related Videos - [How Cisco embraced a DevOps culture within its network engineering team](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/99-how-cisco-embraced-a-devops-culture-within-its-network-engineering-team) - [Lessons learned from building a thriving Vue.js SaaS application](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1666-lessons-learned-from-building-a-thriving-vue-js-saas-application) - [But, you're not Facebook](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/378-but-you-re-not-facebook) - [Computer Vision from the Edge to the Cloud done easy](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/263-computer-vision-from-the-edge-to-the-cloud-done-easy) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Common Mistakes in Vue.js and How to Avoid Them](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/958-common-mistakes-in-vue-js-and-how-to-avoid-them) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [The Best 7 Frontend Frameworks for Developers in 2025](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/400-the-best-7-frontend-frameworks-for-developers-in-2025) - [Dev Digest 133 - Back to Front](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/474-dev-digest-133-back-to-front) - [Dev Digest 131 - AI'm not sure about OSS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/472-dev-digest-131-ai-m-not-sure-about-oss) - [Dev Digest 130 - The Diablo is in the details](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/470-dev-digest-130-the-diablo-is-in-the-details) - [Dev Digest 113 - Debugging above the cloud](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/422-dev-digest-113-debugging-above-the-cloud)
