Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate their needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with product goals and technical feasibility. + Collaborate with the gUP Operations team to manage vendor partners, overseeing project execution, quality control, and adherence to defined standards. Maintain transparent and proactive communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. + Identify and implement improvements in workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality. + Ensure all operational activities, including vendor engagements and data managing, strictly comply with Google's internal policies, privacy guidelines, and relevant external regulations. + Identify potential roadblocks, dependencies, and risks within projects and develop effective mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
