* Resolve Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and endpoint issues.
 * Deliver M365 migrations, Intune deployments, and infrastructure projects.
 * Support Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and hybrid environments.
 * Improve automation, documentation, and service quality.
 * Have 3+ years' IT support experience (MSP preferred).
 * Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, Cloud and networking skills.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and a desire to develop technically.
