## About the Role

* Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence/ Time or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms such as UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor, Cronos
 * Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
 * Excellent stakeholder management. You ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met
 * Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
 * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Set yourself apart:

 * Strong HR background and have experience working with the time tracking module of the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday agenda
 * In addition to Workday Time Tracking and Absence also experience in other Workday modules
 * Up to date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications
