* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
 * Proven experience developing or supporting SITS systems in a higher education environment
 * Strong technical foundation in system integration and database management
 * Experience with SITS customisation, reporting or configuration
 * Knowledge of HESA requirements and higher education compliance frameworks
 * Problem-solving capability and ability to work independently and within teams
 * Clear communication skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders

## Description

* Developing and maintaining SITS customisations and integrations to meet institutional requirements
 * Analyzing business requirements from education stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications
 * Designing, coding and testing solutions within the SITS environment
 * Supporting the implementation of SITS modules and system upgrades
 * Troubleshooting and resolving SITS-related technical issues
 * Collaborating with system administrators, business analysts and end-users to ensure solutions align with institutional needs
 * Documenting technical solutions and maintaining code standards
