We deliver change at pace in a complex environment, helping turn ideas into reality, from launching new products and propositions to improving how our contact centres and engineers serve our customers. As technology continues to evolve, we're building a new Change AI capability to transform the way Change Delivery operates and the broader transformation of the Change, Supply Chain and Operations directorate. This role will identify, help prioritise and define target solutions whether through AI, automation, business systems or process improvement. Working closely with Change Delivery teams, you'll analyse opportunities, develop practical solutions that simplify ways of working, reduce manual effort and create capacity for teams to focus on higher-value activities.
