We're looking for someone to own our data backbone (Power BI, dashboards, reporting) and use that as the launchpad to bring practical AI tooling into how we work. This isn't a "build a dashboard and move on" role, and it isn't a "play with ChatGPT" role either. We need someone grounded enough in real data (sales, service, operations) to know what's actually true, and curious enough about AI to spot where it can save time, cut cost, or sharpen decisions across the business. You'll be the analytical engine behind leadership's decisions, and increasingly the person who asks "could AI do this better?" and then goes and proves it.
