 * Microsoft Power BI Certification or equivalent professional validation
 * Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
 * Experience with data quality analysis and ensuring data accuracy in analytics solutions
 * Proficiency in Excel and ability to translate business logic into data solutions
 * Stakeholder engagement skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business language
 * Experience working in or supporting agile delivery environments

Nice-to-have experience includes:

 * Familiarity with Azure, APIs or cloud-based data platforms
 * Experience with data pipelines, ETL tools or distributed data systems
 * Knowledge of CI/CD practices or version control
 * Understanding of SAP systems or enterprise data architecture
