## Description

In this role you will:

 * Be a proactive, collaborative and inquisitive member of the Standards and Controls leadership team
 * Act as a key technical leader, overseeing delivery from inception to completion
 * Shape and refine the bank's API standards , gathering customer feedback and iterating
 * Explore AI opportunities (e.g., AI review feedback integrated into standards assessments)
 * Lead/facilitate product planning and prioritisation aligned to the future vision for API standards and tooling
 * Align and communicate product roadmaps with customers at the centre of change
 * Champion the use of data and metrics to understand and improve customer outcomes
 * Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams; ensure best practices and continuous learning
