You'll be someone who enjoys getting into the detail, solving complex problems and finding better ways of doing things. You'll also be confident communicating with stakeholders and sharing your knowledge with others. ## Description We're looking for a Senior People Systems Specialist to join our People Systems team. You'll play a key role in developing, configuring and enhancing Workday, providing technical and analytical expertise and supporting the wider People team and business leaders to make informed decisions. As a Workday subject matter expert, you'll provide second-line support for complex issues, lead continuous improvement activity and work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify and implement effective system solutions.
