## Description

An insurance client in Urbandale is seeking a Support Center Technician to help the Support Center and QA teams with their top priority responsibilities. These include:

 - Handling system administration tickets through Jira and/or Service Now (adding users, unlocking accounts, navigating loss runs, entering in security, etc)
 - Testing agency management system as it connects to new Guidewire system
