## About the Role

A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

 * Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution by August 2027.
 * Be majoring in or having majored in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar STEM degree.
 * Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.

 * Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution by August 2027 or is completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of related Product Support Engineering experience by August 2027.
 * Be majoring in or having majored in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar STEM degree.
 * Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Preferred Qualifications

 * Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
 * Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)

## Description

The selected candidate will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Other duties include:

 * Plans and executes schedules for engineering design package development and release to meet mission needs
 * Technical impact assessment, planning and strategy for change implementation
 * Gathering of data, requirements development, interfacing with suppliers, and performing basic stress and tolerance analysis
 * Acting as manufacturing liaison during build process of projects to ensure overall quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved
 * Development of test plans and performing environmental testing of Support Equipment
 * Testing and integration of manufactured Support Equipment
 * Basic knowledge of design and analysis tools for mechanical design as well as basic drafting skills to include a working knowledge of solid modeling techniques (NX, Pro Engineer, or CATIA).
