## Description

As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow and Cloud Platform team, you will be responsible for supporting the stability, security, and performance of database environments that enable enterprise ServiceNow capabilities.

 + Administer, maintain, and optimize databases supporting a self-hosted ServiceNow environment hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

 + Perform database backup, recovery, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning activities to support system reliability and availability

 + Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of database-related issues

 + Manage AWS database resources and implement security, access, and compliance controls aligned to organizational requirements

 + Automate routine database administration activities, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with cloud, security, and ServiceNow teams to support ongoing operations

 + Provide on-call support for critical production issues as needed
