Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Experience, Education, and Training

 * Substantial work experience within computer environments may be substituted for the formal education on a year-for-year basis.

Licensing/Certification

 * Obtain certification as a HDI Support Center Analyst and CompTIA A+ Certification within probationary period.

## Description

As a first point of contact for City employees, you'll play a critical role in keeping our technology running smoothly. From troubleshooting software glitches to setting up new systems, you'll be supporting employees across all City departments.
What You'll Do:

 * Provide top-notch IT support to City employees across 124 locations
 * Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, from software installations to printer problems
 * Utilize Engine Service Desk software to track and manage service requests efficiently
 * Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure smooth operations
 * Use remote support tools and on-site visits to keep our technology running seamlessly
