As a strategic, business-facing IT leader, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to build a streamlined, integrated application and data ecosystem that supports company growth, operational rigor, and decision-making in a regulated life sciences environment. This role will oversee technical resources, platforms, data architecture, integrations and analytics while identifying high-value opportunities to apply automation and AI in ways that improve productivity, insight generation, and user experience., * Application strategy & portfolio leadership: Lead the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Encoded's applications across all business functions.
