* Previous customer service or support experience.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
 * Organised, proactive and keen to develop a career in IT.
 * Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

 * Previous Service Desk or Helpdesk experience.
 * Knowledge of ITSM tools and SLAs.

## Description

We're looking for a customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT team in York. Acting as the first point of contact for IT support, you'll provide first-line technical assistance, manage incidents and service requests, and help ensure users receive a professional and efficient service., * Provide 1st line support via phone, email and ticketing systems.

 * Log, prioritise and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
 * Support Microsoft 365 and Windows-based environments.
 * Manage user access requests and onboarding/offboarding activities.
 * Assist with IT asset management and hardware deployments.
 * Escalate complex issues to specialist teams where required.
