## About the Role

* 2+ years' experience in a 2nd Line / Tier 2 Service Desk role
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure AD and Intune
 * Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
 * Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
 * Experience working with ITSM tools and SLA-driven environments
 * Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills

## Description

We're seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 2nd Line support within a fast-paced IT environment. You'll act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, delivering excellent customer service while supporting users across multiple locations.
