The Lockheed Martin FBM Program is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineering, Associate Manager to lead the development and verification of subsystems level requirements and the integration and test of the avionics subsystems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with a focus on requirements development, verification, and validation, as well as integration and test. This role will provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of systems engineers and will be responsible for ensuring that subsystems level requirements are properly developed, verified, and validated, and that integration and test activities are planned and executed effectively., * Lead the development and verification of subsystems level requirements, ensuring that they are complete, consistent, and compliant with program requirements and standards. * Develop and maintain subsystems level requirements documentation, including requirements specifications, interface control documents, and test plans. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineering, design engineering, and test engineering, to ensure that subsystems level requirements are properly integrated and tested. * Plan and execute integration and test activities, including the development of test plans, test procedures, and test reports. * Lead the identification and mitigation of technical risks associated with subsystems level requirements and integration and test activities. * Collaborate with program management to develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. * Provide technical guidance and oversight to a team of systems engineers, including mentoring and coaching to help them develop their skills and expertise. * Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, including design engineering, test engineering, and manufacturing engineering, to ensure that subsystems level requirements are properly integrated and tested.
