## Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician in Cleveland, OH. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.

Essential Job Function:

 * Provide Help Desk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
 * Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and/or software.
 * Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority, as well as priority level set on the ticket itself
 * Walk staff through problem-solving process Report unresolved issues to the Service Desk for escalation
 * May provide hands on support for projects and assisting the desktop support team.
