You will also have: * Strong CRM optimisation, development and automation experience. * Excellent data management, segmentation and reporting skills. * Experience working with fundraising, charity or supporter-focused teams. * The ability to turn data into useful, actionable insight. * Knowledge of GDPR, Gift Aid and relevant nonprofit data requirements. * Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels and across multiple teams. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance ongoing system management with improvement projects. Above all, you will be someone who enjoys taking ownership of a CRM, finding ways to make it work better and helping teams get more value from their data. ## Description We are working with an established UK not-for-profit organisation looking for an experienced Raiser's Edge specialist to take ownership of its fundraising CRM and wider database capability. Sitting at the centre of fundraising, supporter engagement and reporting, you will be responsible for ensuring Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is accurate, effective and continually evolving to meet the needs of the organisation. This is a role for someone who likes to combine the bigger picture with the detail. You will help shape the future direction of the CRM while remaining hands-on with data quality, segmentation, reporting, processes, integrations and day-to-day system management. What will you be responsible for? Working across fundraising, marketing and finance, you will become the go-to person for Raiser's Edge / NXT and take the lead on improving how the organisation manages and uses its supporter data.
