## Description

We are seeking a Support Engineer II to join an enterprise Production Operations team supporting mission-critical production environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with IBM mainframe operations, enterprise batch scheduling, JCL job restarts, and production support. This role involves monitoring production workflows, troubleshooting job failures, ensuring SLA compliance, and participating in a 24x7 production support environment., * Monitor enterprise production schedules across mainframe and distributed platforms.

 * Investigate and resolve production job failures.
 * Perform JCL job restarts and recovery procedures.
 * Support IBM mainframe production environments.
 * Monitor workflow dependencies and batch processing.
 * Escalate production incidents following standard procedures.
 * Ensure production processing meets SLA requirements.
 * Troubleshoot SFTP file transfer failures.
 * Support application deployments into test and production.
 * Maintain operational documentation and procedures.
 * Participate in production audits and turnover activities.
 * Recommend operational improvements.
 * Support users and development teams with production issues.
 * Participate in rotating 24x7 production support.
