## About the Role

* Proven experience delivering data and analytics solutions within an IT environment.
 * Strong Microsoft Azure experience, particularly Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Data Lake/Lakehouse.
 * Good understanding of data architecture and data flows.
 * Practical SQL experience.
 * Experience with Python and/or PySpark.
 * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
 * Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps.
 * Strong understanding of data ingestion, processing, analysis, visualisation, and KPIs.
 * Proven project management and delivery experience.
 * Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams, locations, or markets.
 * Experience with third-party suppliers, budgets, and contracts.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
 * Fluent English, both written and spoken.

## Description

* Lead the design, delivery, and evolution of data and analytics solutions across a multi-market environment.
 * Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
 * Lead data and technology projects through to implementation and go-live.
 * Support system rollouts, data migration, and localisation across multiple markets.
 * Manage application performance, incidents, enhancements, and change.
 * Work with architecture, security, and data teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and accurate.
 * Manage third-party suppliers, budgets, and external resources.
 * Identify opportunities to improve the use and value of existing data.
 * Communicate effectively with both technical and senior business stakeholders.
