## About the Role

* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
 * Customer service experience
 * Good knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
 * Basic networking knowledge
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 * Previous technical support or helpdesk experience is desirable
 * Understanding of TCP/IP networking is desirable

## Description

* Provide first-line technical support via phone, live chat, and SMS
 * Help customers resolve technical issues quickly and professionally
 * Manage customer accounts
 * Support new customer onboarding
 * Translate communications and documentation between English and German
 * Work closely with colleagues to maintain excellent service standards

 * Windows, We are hiring a German Speaking Technical Support Advisor on a permanent remote basis in the UK, with a salary of £25,000 to £28,500. We are a growing support team focused on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
