## About the Role

* Around 1 years experience in a 1st Line Support, IT Support, Helpdesk or Service Desk role
 * Hands-on troubleshooting experience with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems
 * Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
 * Understanding of basic networking principles, including TCP/IP and DNS
 * Knowledge of Active Directory, user accounts and permissions
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple support tickets
 * A logical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
 * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
 * Microsoft Server knowledge is desirable
 * SharePoint experience is desirable
 * Antivirus and backup software knowledge is desirable
 * Printer troubleshooting experience is desirable
 * Previous experience working within an MSP environment is desirable

## Description

* Provide 1st Line support for Windows desktops, laptops, hardware and software
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
 * Support Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, licences, permissions and applications
 * Diagnose and resolve desktop, networking and connectivity issues
 * Escalate technical issues where required
 * Manage and update support tickets through the Helpdesk system
 * Create and maintain user and system documentation
 * Provide remote support and occasional customer site visits when required

This role offers a salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience, hybrid working with two days in the office, free onsite parking, private medical healthcare, ongoing training and career development, and a Monday to Friday schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
