Experteer Overview In this role, you will define and drive the software test strategy for production test rigs to reduce field defects and boost product quality and manufacturing efficiency. You will provide technical leadership across planning, development, validation, and continuous improvement of software verification activities. You will oversee testing, analyze results, and report quality metrics and risks to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. You will lead root cause analysis of software and hardware issues affecting production, collaborating with global teams to deliver robust, right-first-time solutions and ongoing improvements.
