## Description

Du unterstützt die Fachbereiche im Bereich Financial Crime Operations bei technischen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen.

Dabei begleitest Du On- und Offboarding-Prozesse, koordinierst IT-Anfragen und sorgst für eine strukturierte Nachverfolgung bis zur erfolgreichen Lösung.

Du analysierst eingehende Störungen, unterstützt bei Systemzugängen und arbeitest eng mit internen IT- und Fachbereichen zusammen.

Darüber hinaus erstellst und pflegst Du Dokumentationen sowie Lösungsanleitungen und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung von Supportprozessen mit.
