You will report directly to the Infrastructure Engineering Manager in a newly formed SME team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day stability, improvements, network related projects and controlled changes of ParentPay Group's Internal and Production networks across multiple sites and datacentres. As a Subject Matter Expert within the Infrastructure Engineering team, you will use your knowledge and skills to ensure we maintain SLAs targets for our systems and our customers.
