* Lead multidisciplinary Agile teams delivering complex digital projects.
 * Manage delivery roadmaps, budgets, RAID logs and governance activities.
 * Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
 * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
 * Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
 * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
 * Support and mentor colleagues while promoting delivery best practices.
